Who Evolvix is for
Evolvix is coaching software for coaching companies and their clients. If you are a client, your coach or their company gives you your account. If you are a coach, you use Evolvix to work with your clients. These terms apply to both.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details and use only your own account.
Acceptable use
Use Evolvix for coaching and nothing else. Do not:
- Post or upload content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit, in chat or anywhere else in the app.
- Post or upload anything illegal, or anything you have no right to share.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use someone else's account.
- Use the service to send spam or to pressure or mislead other people.
Reporting and enforcement
We have zero tolerance for abusive, harassing or illegal content in chat and uploads. We remove such content and may suspend or close the accounts involved, without warning when the case is serious. To report content or behaviour, email hello@evolvix.app with what you saw and where. We look at every report and act on it as quickly as we can.
Coaching content and your health
Your coach, not Evolvix, decides your training, food, supplements and check-ins, and is responsible for that content. Nothing in Evolvix is medical advice. See a doctor before you change your diet or start exercising, especially if you have a health condition, and stop and get help if something feels wrong.
Your health data
How we handle your health and fitness data is described in the privacy policy. You choose what you share and with whom.
Paying for coaching
What you pay your coach or their company for coaching is agreed between you and them, and is paid outside the Apple App Store and Google Play. Evolvix does not sell coaching to you in the app.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Evolvix available but cannot promise it will always run without interruption. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. When a change matters, we tell you in the app or by email.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile, under Your data. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy. We may also close an account that breaks these terms or when your coach's company ends its use of Evolvix.
Liability
We provide Evolvix as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, or for the coaching and advice given by coaches. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court elsewhere.
